“范跑跑”的名字该怎么英译？

现在看到比较多的是Runner Fan，黄集伟老师似乎也证明了这一点。Runner Fan没有错，但给人“跑步运动员”的联想。
也曾看到Run Run Fan。这个译名很生动，但有一大致命弱点。全中国最大的慈善家之一，其英文名就叫做Run Run Shaw （邵逸夫），全国有多少教学楼挂着他的大名，地震刚发生，他便出手一亿港元。把范跑跑跟邵爵士无意中扯在一起，有点太抬举范跑跑了。
我曾译作Run Fan Run，甚至可以叫做Run FanMeizhong Run，念起来跟Run Forrest Run是同一节奏，完全谐音。
还有，Runaway Fan，画一把飞扬的扇子，也挺逗。

译名有意思，我最近还注意到本阿弗莱克导演的那部电影叫Gone baby Gone，然后张艾嘉最近这部叫Run papa Run，如果译作Run Fan Run，结构是一样的，哈哈~

仿alexander the great,作 Fan the runningman……好吧，这个不甚靠谱。
按影视作品里面经常有的，把绰号写入名字的方法就可以了: Fan “runner” Meizhong -
